• United States Express DHL Shipping is 7-14 business days after order has been fulfilled.

Drop Shipping

As of 2024, Medeci now operates using a drop shipping model. This means that we no longer ship products from our local warehouse. Instead, when you place an order, your items are prepared and shipped directly from our manufacturing partner in India.

Drop shipping is a fulfillment method where products are sent straight from the source to the customer, rather than first being shipped to Medeci and then reshipped to you. This allows us to offer you authentic, factory-direct products while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Customs, Duties, and Tariff Fees

Orders shipped Domestic or Internationally may be subject to customs duties and/or tariff fees assessed by the government authorities of the destination country and collected by the carrier prior to or at the time of delivery.

 

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid in order for the package to be released for delivery. If these charges are declined or unpaid, the shipment may be returned to sender, held by customs, or disposed of by the authorities.

 

Medeci is not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, held, or destroyed due to unpaid customs duties or tariff fees. In these cases, refunds, returns, replacements, exchanges, will not be issued.
 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Medeci is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been shipped.

 

Once your order has been processed, assigned a tracking number, and leaves our facility, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. At that point, the carrier is in possession of the package, and delivery is out of our control.

If you experience issues with delivery, tracking updates, or missing package, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance, as they are best equipped to investigate and resolve shipping related concerns.
